| Cesar Gonzalez received his California Department of Real Estate license in 2001 and has been with Blair Commercial Real Estate, Inc. specializing in hard-to-find properties since then.
Mr. Gonzalez specializes in older buildings, odd retail requirements and difficult to finance mixed use projects. Due to the uniqueness of Long Beach, many properties don’t fit the run of the mill descriptions. With such a diverse and changing commercial environment, Mr. Gonzalez has excelled in working with different cultural groups to get escrows closed and leases executed. Cesar makes routine trips to city offices and clerks to get the best possible scenario on every aspect of each and every deal.
He is a member of the Hispanic Commercial Chamber of Commerce, the Long Beach Commercial Real Estate Council, and the National Association of Realtors, and has lived in Long Beach since 1977.
