| Gloria Jaramillo started working for Blair Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 1998 as receptionist. As receptionist, she was trained from the ground up and successfully mastered tasks such as public relations, appointment scheduling, and understood the urgency of lead, investor, and owner calls. She helped build the corporation allowing her to move to a managing position.
In 1999, Gloria acquired not only her California Real Estate License, but also earned a coveted Notary License. After receiving these licenses, she practiced real estate, closed several transactions, and acts as a notary for both Blair Commercial Real Estate, Inc. and Blair Commercial Management, Inc.
As Mrs. Jaramillo’s experience grew so did her appetite for learning. She went on to receive the Long Beach City College Real Estate Certificate. With this combined knowledge and experience, she again was promoted to become the office’s escrow coordinator and assists other agents in the office on important issues, paperwork and timelines.
As if this was not enough, she also allocated time between her busy job and role as a wife and mother of two to get involved in community projects. In 2001 & 2002 Gloria was awarded the Little Sisters Mentor Award, an organization that helps pregnant and troubled teenagers find guidance and support through volunteers.
Yet again, Gloria has continued her success and growth. She is currently office manager where she oversees daily operations, several employees, and various management duties. She is currently a Certified Property Manager® Candidate.
Mrs. Jaramillo currently resides in Long Beach, California with her husband and two children and continues to be a strong foundation and cornerstone of both Blair Commercial Real Estate, Inc. and Blair Commercial Management, Inc.
