Mr. Eddy is a 24 year real estate veteran focusing on industrial, commercial and investment real estate in disposition, investment, and leasing operations. He was one of the Founders of Inco Company, a Long Beach based commercial real estate firm, and was named President in 1993. He remained in this role until divesting of the company in 2002.
In mid-2002, Mr. Eddy formed Eddy Properties, Inc. As principle of the firm, he represented property owners, developers and investors in their industrial and commercial needs in the greater Long Beach area.
Eddy Properties, Inc. and Blair Commercial Real Estate merged companies in 2006 to become Blair Commercial Real Estate, Inc., one of the most well respected and experienced commercial brokerages in Southern California. Mr. Eddy holds the title of Senior Vice President of the firm.
Service Organizations and Community Involvement
Mr. Eddy is Past President of the Signal Hill Rotary where he initiated a mentor program for elementary school students in the Long Beach Unified School District.
During his term as President of the Signal Hill Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Eddy and his Board increased membership by 25%.
For 15 years Mr. Eddy was a member of St. Mary Medical Center Board of Trustees.
